Article 4. Chapter Meetings

Section 4.1 Regular and Special Meetings
Two regular meetings will be held annually at the time and place specified by
the Executive Committee. These meetings will be incorporated with the
conferences held in the Spring and Fall of each year. One of these meetings
shall be scheduled in the fall of each year in conjunction with the Fall
Conference for the purpose of voting, reporting the election of The Chapter
Officers, establishing meeting schedules, programs for the year and conducting
of General Chapter Business. This Annual Business Meeting will be held at the
Banquet festivities of the Fall Conference each year. The other Meeting shall be
scheduled in the spring of each year in conjunction with the Spring Conference.

The Executive Committee may call special meetings from time to time.
